The pressure we feel is non-stop, and we are on the front-lines everyday for our working and middle class American families to have a better future. Election year or not, we are constantly on the ground registering voters, advocating for Democratic values, and standing up for your rights. Our teams of dedicated volunteers are relentless in our efforts to effect change in Galveston County, but to do this, we need your help, the help of our supporters. The Sustaining Donors Program finances our day-to-day operations so that we can succeed in our ambitious mission of flipping Galveston County blue.
Sustaining Donors enable us to thrive.
Your donations go straight to the county party. Not the national party or the state party. These funds are used for everything from paying for election processes such as block walks, signage and call banks, to our party required gatherings and elections here in the county. These funds are also used to support activities like “Get Out The Vote” and for all the promotional materials we use in our public engagements such as parades, marches and events.
Donating to GCDP means that we keep moving toward building a more equitable society for all citizens of Galveston County. It helps us raise the voices of all county residents against the reckless and outright nonsensical spending our current leadership is promoting.
